Job Description

Have you ever been intrigued to work for a Property Developer?

GKR International has been instructed on an exciting opportunity for you to join a well-established property developer who are looking to add a New Homes Consultant to their development North of Edinburgh.

You will play a key role in the developments onward success as there's multiple houses and apartments to sell NOW.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in the Residential Sales or New Homes market.

Key Responsibilities

A bit more about the role:

  • Manage sales enquiries from initial contact through to reservation and completion
  • Conduct site and show home viewings with prospective buyers
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Represent the brand to the highest standards across all customer touchpoints

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in property sales, ideally within new homes
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with buyers and team members
  • Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
  • Knowledge of the local Edinburgh market is an advantage

This is a highly exciting opportunity to join a developer on this initial project with a secondary development already in pipeline for you in 2026.
