An exciting opportunity has arisen for a solicitor or barrister to join the Healthcare Advisory team of this top tier firm in Liverpool. You will advise on a range of matters including mental capacity and deprivation of liberty issues, as well as high-profile Inquest and Court of Protection work.

High-profile Court of Protection and Inquest Work
This role offers a diverse range of work, from advising both public and private healthcare organisations on Court of Protection matters and Inquest work to more general governance matters and best practice initiatives. Advocacy experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
