We’re excited to be working with Konami who are looking for anOrganised Play Co-ordinator to fulfil specialist duties within the Organised Play Team at their studio in Eschborn, Germany.

As the Organised Play Co-ordinator, you will coordinate Organised Play activities in assigned Central European territories and support in Organised Play planning.

For this you will need to be highly organised with strong communication skills and a sound understanding of competitive play would be beneficial.

Your role will include…

  • Managing day to day operations with local Organised Play partners and directly with Official Tournament Stores
  • Managing Konami Card Gameplay Network related tasks, such as tournament approvals, corrections and Official Tournament Stores registrations
  • Liaising with Official Tournament Stores and external Organised Play agency
  • Planning large Organised Play Events such as Nationals
  • Coordinating Organised Play Events such as Opens, Regionals, Premiere Events
    Reporting of Organised Play activities
  • Create forecasts and plans for upcoming Organised Play activities
  • Arrange shipments to stores and local Organised Play partners with external warehouse and/or Organised Play agency

What you will bring to the role…

  • At least 5 years working experience in a marketing or brand role
  • Degree qualified with business / marketing focus
  • Competent with Microsoft Office applications
  • Team player with strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Great communication skills with fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Strong desire to work in the games industry and with the Yu-Gi-Oh! Brand
  • Willingness to travel
