Senior Corporate Actions Analyst

THE COMPANY
London based Investment Manager is looking for someone to join there expanding Corporate Actions team.
YOU MUST HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED (Only apply if you have the following)
Minimum of 3 Years Corporate Actions experience both UK and International
Based in the UK and able to work in the UK (this position will NOT sponsor)
Role Objectives:
The main objectives of the role are:
- To work with/liaise with TPA on all corporate action matters
- Good knowledge and understanding of corporate actions (UK and International) and how they impact at a Wealth Management portfolio level
- Understanding of Book costs in relation to Corporate Actions
- Central point of contact for all Front Office client queries relating to Corporate Actions, proactively engaging with TPA to provide timely resolution
- Assist in all aspects of corporate actions
- Continually review TPA services to identify future improvements or changes that deliver efficiency or operational gains
- To work on projects to improve operational efficiency, particularly relating to corporate actions
- Improve processes within the Operations Oversight Team utilising IT Dev, and Microsoft Products
- Assist and support the Operation’s Oversight team as required
- Accountabilities and responsibilities:
- To provide regular updates to the Head of Operational including any associated MI
- To participate / prepare appropriate governance ensuring that individuals responsible for the oversight of TPA, policies, including regulatory updates are able to perform their obligations
- Review Corporate Actions on a daily basis
- Communicate Mandatory Corporate Actions to the Front Office as per SLA
- Ensure all Voluntary Corporate Actions are responded to
- Undertake operational and TPA oversight activities when required to assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the Operational Oversight Team
