Nous sommes Ă la recherche de notre Apprenti(e) Concierge (H/F/X) pour rejoindre notre formidable Ă©quipe du Baltimore !
Vos principales missions seront si vous l\’acceptez les suivantes :
- Être accueillant et chaleureux, vous vous tenez à la disposition des clients pour faire de leur séjour, un moment mémorable
- Suivre rigoureusement les demandes clients et programmer les demandes souhaitées de notre clientèle (spectacles, restaurants, transports, etc…)
- Être attentif et au courant des dernières actualités culturelles votre réseau avec les prestataires locaux/extérieur sera un atout indéniable pour conseiller nos clients. Ces connaissances vous permettent de renseigner nos clients sur des activités culturelles et touristiques de la ville ou de la région qui leur laisseront un souvenir inoubliable
- Orchestrer la vie du Hall de l’hôtel, vous participez à la gestion des mouvements dans le hall (aller au-devant des clients, gérer les flux de bagages…)
- Gérez les imprévus, et proposer les solutions adéquates
Nous recherchons une personne motivée, humaine et ayant à coeur de délivrer un service client impeccable avec ses quelques qualités :
- Anglais courant (une autre langue est un plus)
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe
- Sens de l’accueil et des standards du Luxe
- Diplomatie
- Tu aimes le contact clientèle, tu es à l’aise avec n’importe quelle personnalité
- Faire plaisir est ton leitmotiv
