As a Senior Merchandiser, you will lead planning operations across multiple categories, supporting both operational and strategic leadership. Your responsibilities include driving business performance through forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and team development, while representing the Planning function across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage planning for multiple categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee forecasting accuracy, set departmental KPIs, and develop action plans.
- Represent Planning in cross-functional projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence decisions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, acting autonomously to deliver results.
- Support and mentor team members, fostering their development.
The Must Haves:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to operate independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with influence at senior levels.
- At least 4 years of experience in Merchandising.
- Proactive, growth-oriented mindset, open to feedback.
- Collaborative approach to managing differences and driving outcomes.
