Job Description

We are currently looking for a Permanent Speech and Language Therapy Team Lead based in Cheadle Stockport.

🔍 About the Role

As our Speech and Language Therapy Team Lead, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of SLTs, providing clinical supervision and professional development.
  • Oversee and develop high-quality therapy services aligned with best practices and school objectives.
  • Manage a caseload of pupils with complex communication needs.
  • Deliver assessments, interventions, and training to staff and families.
  • Champion a neurodiversity-affirming model of practice across the school.

You’ll work closely with our Internal Therapy Lead and collaborate with a wide range of professionals including occupational therapists, psychologists, counsellors, and teaching staff.
