Job Description

Location: London, UK

Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote

Are you ready to shape the future of a high-growth, values-led organisation at the heart of the UK’s events, property, and commercial development sectors?

This is more than just a leadership role — it’s your opportunity to leave a lasting mark on an ambitious company undergoing exciting transformation, expansion, and cultural evolution.

We’re looking for a Head of HR to drive our people vision, strengthen leadership impact, and embed an exceptional workplace culture across all levels of the business.

Why This Role?

  • Strategic Influence at C-Level: Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll operate as a key member of the senior leadership team, shaping strategy and directly influencing business outcomes.
  • Transformation & Impact: Be at the helm of change — integrating new acquisitions, evolving our culture, and leading large-scale transformation projects.
  • Autonomy & Innovation: We welcome bold ideas. You’ll have the freedom to challenge the status quo and bring future-forward people strategies to life.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead and develop a high-performing People & Culture team across multiple divisions.
  • Align organisational design and workforce planning with our ambitious commercial goals.
  • Oversee the integration of newly acquired businesses and harmonisation of policies and practices.
  • Champion a people-first culture built on engagement, inclusion, wellbeing, and sustainability.
  • Drive strategic L&D initiatives, compliance frameworks, and continuous performance development.
  • Navigate complex employee relations and employment law with confidence and authority.
  • Partner with Internal Audit and Risk & Compliance to embed strong governance and people risk management.

What You Bring

  • A track record of delivering impactful HR leadership in dynamic, fast-scaling organisations — both SME and corporate.
  • Experience advising and influencing C-suite stakeholders, with proven boardroom credibility.
  • Expertise in UK employment law, employee relations, and culture-led transformation.
  • Exceptional data and reporting skills, including Excel and HR analytics fluency.
  • Natural leadership and coaching ability — someone who inspires, challenges, and supports teams at every level.
  • Experience navigating the people challenges of M&A, integration, and growth.
  • A Chartered CIPD membership (essential); a Master's degree or further credentials is a plus.

What You’ll Get

  • A pivotal leadership role with real influence and visibility across the business.
  • A purpose-led organisation where people, performance, and culture go hand-in-hand.
  • An environment that values innovation, agility, and human-centred leadership.
  • Competitive salary and benefits aligned to your impact and experience.

If you’re a strategic HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments — and you’re ready to build a legacy — we want to hear from you.
