Sales Enablement Manager London, United Kingdom| Full-time|Hybrid Job Overview The Sales Enablement Manager will drive the integration and deployment of a suite of sales enablement tools. As our resident expert, this role will work closely with Sales Leadership and RevOps to optimize the efforts of our revenue team’s performance. This includes, but is not limited to helping to reduce ramp time, increase consistency of overachieving sales quotas, and expand our reach across the vast addressable market. Key Duties Work with revenue leadership to identify knowledge and performance gaps around our enablement tools. Deliver high quality enablement programs to optimize the sales cadence and amplify overall sales performance. Ensure that our enablement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach and 6sense align with one another. Work with leadership to develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure adoption, success, and drive future improvements. Coordinate with AEs and support reaches from each tool to understand and advocate for best practice and new enhancements. Identify opportunities for training or reinforcement of best practice with teams. Identify ways we can scale and communicate to other global offices and teams. Performance Review Criteria Strong understanding of IBISWorld’s revenue process and priorities KPIs identified for each enablement tool Proactive approach to problem identification and solving Ability to help flag inefficiencies and bottlenecks within current process or data Strong communication skills Targets / Expectations Improved results around KPIs for each tool as well as overall measures of success for the RevOps team.
