We are working as the internal recruitment partner for our client, a global organisation offering excellence in supply chain solutions to the aerospace industry.

We are seeking a UK Quality Manager to lead and evolve our UK Quality Assurance function. If you\’re driven by delivering top-tier service and fostering a culture of quality, this is your opportunity to shape the future of aerospace excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated UK Quality Assurance team.
- Manage and enhance our Business Management Systems (AS9120, ASA-100, FAA AC 00-56A).
- Drive quality performance across operations, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards (EASA, FAA).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Operations, and Senior Leadership to align quality with business objectives.
- Own UK Quality KPIs and lead the charge on internal audits, continuous improvement, and supplier quality.
- Serve as a trusted quality advisor on global standards including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, ISO45001.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in a Quality Leadership role ideally within Aerospace Industry.
- Previous working experience within Quality Assurance with a strong grasp of ISO9001 and AS9120.
- Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g. Parts 21, 66, 145, 147) and standards like AS13001/13100 is a plus.
- Trained Lead Auditor with experience using quality tools and engineering measurement equipment.
- Exceptional communicator with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical engineering data including drawings.
- Leads change collaboratively, setting the standard through action and empowering others to deliver impactful results.
- Must live within a commutable distance to the site in West Horndon.
