Right now, we are looking for a Part time Intervention Worker to play a pivotal role in our Criminal Justice service in Battersea.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

This role involves working within a team and multi-agency setting at an Approved Premises (AP), supporting and supervising high-risk offenders as they transition from prison to community life. Staff are expected to maintain public protection as a core priority by engaging residents daily, offering guidance and support, enforcing compliance when necessary, and promoting independence rather than doing tasks for residents. Duties include enforcing curfews and substance testing, maintaining health and safety, completing accurate records, collaborating with probation and external partners, and contributing to a respectful and structured living environment. Staff work on a rolling rota, and are required to follow operational procedures while embodying Hestia\’s values and approach.
