Job Description
We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our clients growing team on a Permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity, in which the successful candidate will work on a broad range of construction projects with a number of high profile clients and projects.
Key Duties:
- Prepare full building and civil tender documentation including preparation of Bills of Quantities using various software packages.
- Carry out monthly project valuations, financial reporting and agreement of project final accounts.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of the business and its customers.
Skills / Experience required:
- Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
- Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying services experience
- Experience with NEC3/4 suite of contracts and/or JCT.
- Experienced in preparing Bills of Quantities and tender documentation for building and civil works
