What You Need
- At least 1+ years experience in a reception/Admin/Facilities Coordinator role
- An organised individual that can meet deadlines
- You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined
- You\’ll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
What You Will Do
- Ordering of consumables and management of budgets for same
- PPM management – tracking PPMs to ensure that they\’re complete and using service dockets to close off the tasks & maintain the PPM tracker
- Working with third party suppliers to close off reactive tasks for billing – running a weekly call with the team around same
- Support the Facilities Team in administering the delivery of day-to-day FM services as required under the FM contracts
- Carrying out quarterly performance reviews with suppliers
- Act as main point of contact for key client stakeholders
