Are you a kitchenware enthusiast with a talent for delivering outstanding customer service? ProCook is on the hunt for a dynamic Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our vibrant team in our Ashford Store!
We have 2 part-time positions available 1 x 12hr and 1x 16hrs/week .
Your Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the frontline ambassador for ProCook, helping customers discover the perfect products to enhance their cooking experiences. Your goal will be to create a positive shopping atmosphere that keeps customers coming back!
Your Daily Activities Will Include:
- Welcoming customers and providing them with a delightful shopping experience.
- Assisting customers in finding kitchenware that meets their needs.
- Engaging with customers to drive sales and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintaining the store\’s visual standards and stock levels.
- Handling transactions and processing returns with a smile.
- Contributing ideas to improve store operations and enhance customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for customer service and helping others.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential.
- A willingness to learn about our products and share your knowledge.
- Team-oriented approach with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
