Purpose: To recruit skilled Plant Operators at a national scale.

Reporting Lines:
You will report into the Regional Operator Manager.
Focus areas of the role:
- Managing the end-to-end HS2 induction process for internal and external personnel.
- Have a strong understanding of our fleet.
- Data entry on to internal data management system/App.
- Handling confidential data in line with GDPR and other policies.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to external site personnel.
- Relationship building with external and internal personnel.
- Implement effective workforce planning strategies to ensure the timely placement of operators based on project needs.
- Managing customer expectations / Customer service communications via telephone and emails.
- Working between the Operator Managers, external on-site personnel, project management teams, and on-site management teams to ensure effective communication and smooth operation.
- Set responsibilities, such as HS2, Key Accounts, and Regional Accounts, or specific location/project needs.
- Promote clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders, ensuring that information flows seamlessly and any issues are addressed promptly.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively.
