Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stores & Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, including processing incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and timely.
The main responsibilities include:
- Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments
- Unloading and sorting materials and products
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Ensuring proper storage and organization of products
- Preparing shipments for outbound delivery
- Collaborating with team members to meet productivity and quality goals
- Adhering to safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Managing the ERP system
Qualifications include:
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics roles (preferred but not essential)
- Valid forklift operator certification (a plus)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
- Strong organizational and time management skills
