We are assisting a Local Authority in the appointment of an experienced Housing Management Officer to join their team in Darlington. As a Housing Management Officer you will play an essential part in managing council tenancies, addressing housing issues, supporting tenants, and working with partners to maintain safe, sustainable communities. You will be responsible for the following: Work collaboratively with tenants, councilors, and partner organisations to support inclusive, sustainable communities. Handle all tenancy matters, including low-level ASB, tenancy enforcement, and rent recovery. Conduct inspections, ensure timely repairs, and support major improvement works.
