At Vision for Education, we are pleased to be working with one of the top schools in Essex. This 11-18 school is seeking Secondary ECT’s in a range of subjects including Science, English, Technology, Languages, Humanities and Mathematics. If you are an ECT currently undergoing your teacher training, this supportive school are eager to hear from you!

The school is looking for Secondary ECT’s who can confidently teach their specialist subject to GCSE. You will be supported by your Head of department, as well as an ECT mentor in a growing and thriving school. As a Secondary ECT you will be teaching in outstanding classrooms with excellent resources and facilities. A friendly and supportive school, students are well behaved and very eager to learn.

Perfect opportunity for a Secondary ECT to secure your first ECT role very early on in the year. Students are encouraged to pursue their passions beyond the classroom and into University and the wider world. The school has a progress 8 score of 0.42 and were rated OFSTED ‘Outstanding’ in February 2025.
