Here at the Mick George Group, we are currently recruiting a Class 2 Roro Driver to join the team.
Location: Ellington
Working Hours: Monday – Friday between 6am – 6pm, with occasional Saturday work, averaging 50 hours per week.
Pay: On target earnings circa £46,000 per annum plus performance-related bonuses.

Role Details:
Due to growth, we are seeking Class 2 Roro Drivers to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a successful team.
Requirements: Valid Category C driving license, Digital Tachograph Card, and Drivers Qualification Card.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-shift and end-of-shift vehicle checks, including walk-around inspections, and report defects.
- Follow road safety rules, including the Highway Code and Road Traffic Act, and comply with driving regulations like the Working Time Directive and Drivers Hours.
- Ensure loads are secure, within weight limits, and adhere to site-specific rules.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, provide excellent customer service, and drive safely and economically.
- Demonstrate high geographical knowledge.
- Complete any ad hoc requests.
