Job Title: CNC Machinist
Red Bull Powertrains, a leader in Formula One technology, is seeking experienced CNC Milling/Turning Machinists to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our innovative manufacturing process and be part of our championship-winning team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manufacture critical powertrain components to the highest standards, following engineering drawings and models using CNC machine tools efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Head of Cell and Shift Leaders, maintaining communication with manufacturing departments to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Operate machine tools safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety policies.
- Inspect all work using available equipment to ensure quality before submission for inspection.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Follow all ERP procedures, including raising and signing off work orders, and maintaining data integrity.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to evolving requirements.
Requirements:
Proficiency in operating and setting DMG MORI multi-axis CNC Lathe and Mill-Turn machines using Fanuc NC code with Renishaw probing systems. Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings using Siemens NX, producing precise metallic components. Self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals who perform well under pressure and communicate effectively.
