Job Description
Huntswood is looking for Motor Finance Complaint Handlers with extensive complaints experience to support a leading car finance company.
As a Motor Finance Complaint Handler you will be responsible for resolving customers complaints about their motor finance products. These complaints primarily relate to vehicle quality issues though may also include concerns with the finance product or simple service complaints. Using your wealth of complaint handling experience and your knowledge and experience of the motor finance industry you will investigate the customers complaints and come up with a resolution that suits both our client and the customer.
Key Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Day Rate: £250 (This is only available to individuals working via Husp Umbrella company, we can assist you with this)
Location: Working from home
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

The ideal Motor Finance Complaint Handler will have:
- Experience resolving vehicle quality motor finance complaints is essential
- An understanding of FCA/FOS regulations about complaints and consumer credit
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- A suitable and quiet space at home to work from home for the duration of the contract
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
