Junior/Mid B2B Content Writer w. Social Media Management Junior/Mid B2B Content Writer w. Social Media Management Navigate B2B is an award-winning boutique content agency specialising in high-quality thought leadership. We create in all media formats (even writing the occasional book) and do the marketing needed to translate that creativity into ROI for the client. We need a junior-to-mid content professional to start in in early March, and take on c. 60 hours work per month, predominantly on one client account, but with scope to take on other work as needed. The work is mostly remote but travel to Beckton, London, will be required at least 2 days per month to work from the client\βs office. Workload will be around 60-80 hours a month, variable. Our budget range for the role is Β£150-250/day subject to experience. *When you apply, please include a link to 1-2 pieces of relevant portfolio material* The role includes (in order of work volume) writing: long-form thought leadership, email, social, sales automation creation of social video inc. narrating social media management of Instagram, LinkedIn & Tiktok: mixture of regular campaign rhythms and ad hoc tasks/client requests direct management of clients\β personal LinkedIn accounts regular client interaction quarterly & annual reporting on your results some operational management of our admin assistant collaboration with our designers, mostly to create social assets to promote your writing work occasional copywriting learning the client β from day 1 you\βll need to start absorbing a large amount of highly technical information learning Navigate B2B \βs approach to writing β we find it usually takes 1+ years before we can allow a new writer to submit work direct to a client. We also have analytics data clearly indicating what works commercially and what doesn\βt. So, expect to do a lot of workshopping on your drafts. If you think you\βre the finished article as a writer, this probably isn\βt for you people management. Your colleagues will be the client\βs MD, 7 salespeople, and your team at Navigate B2B. The client team are a really nice bunch, and some easier to work with than others. You\βll be expected to make friends to succeed in your role. What we\βre looking for: commercial awareness and enthusiasm β we\βre here to drive growth for the client, after all a head for data and tech β we\βre not hiring for a tecchie but you\βll be asked to demonstrate your results and create plans for ongoing improvement, using our existing reporting systems. If you\βre \βterrible with numbers\β this probably isn\βt going to work familiarity with most of the following: β SocialBu (scheduling tool) β GA4 β Looker Studio β Wordpress β Social analytics β CapCut / basic tools for short video production & captioning Desirable but not essential knowledge of the print industry knowledge of SaaS & technical architecture as we also work in software The ability to connect and manage out-of-the-box APIs photography skills handy if you\βve got them basic Photoshop Podcasts & webinars copywriting experience What we\βre not looking for: small businesses or anyone looking to subcontract this work out to an assistant/colleague. We want a colleague, not a supplier.
