Our client is a leading Executive Search and Headhunting firm with a 25+ year legacy of placing high-impact professionals across the MedTech, Life Sciences, and Chemicals sectors. They focus on delivering value through permanent, often retained, search mandates.
They are growing and seeking a driven Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing team.

The Role:
- Managing and developing a warm desk across sectors like Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and Life Sciences, from £50k Sales Professionals to £200k+ Executive mandates
- Delivering high-quality, search-led recruitment – not KPI-heavy contingent recruitment
- Building strong, consultative relationships with clients and candidates
- Frequent client visits and engagement in the industry
- Supporting and learning from experienced executive search professionals
About You:
- Solid, evidenced experience in permanent recruitment
- Proven experience in headhunting, retained search, or building desks in difficult markets
- Experience in talent-short sectors and deep sourcing skills
- Strong client-facing confidence and curiosity
- Industry-leading commission structure – around a third of everything billed
- Monday–Thursday office-based, Friday WFH
- Long service rewards – 5–10 years tenure typical
- Team events and work-hard, play-hard culture
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown
