Job Title: Ultimate Survival Camp Leader
Reporting to: Ultimate Survival Programme Manager
Contract: Seasonal work available during Summer holidays
Hours: 8am – 6pm weekdays
Additional Hours: Up to 3 hours on Thursday nights (6-9PM) for Campfire Cookout, paid overtime if required
Job Description:
Survival Leaders are responsible for delivering the outdoor adventure programme, Ultimate Survival, including bushcraft and outdoor activities. They lead and manage a team of Survival Instructors, inspiring and supporting them.
They ensure the safety and welfare of children on-site, adhere to policies and procedures, and act as a contact for parents, staff, school representatives, and Head Office. As the face of our outdoor programme, they uphold company values and maintain professionalism.
This role is busy, rewarding, and varied, requiring passion and experience in outdoor activities to provide an exceptional camp experience.
