Paid Media Analyst

Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Paid Media Analyst to support our global paid media function. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Head of Paid Media to build and maintain robust reporting frameworks, analyse campaign performance, and derive actionable insights that inform media investment decisions. This role is pivotal in helping the business understand the value and impact of paid media across various platforms, regions, and channels.
What Will You Do?
- Develop, manage, and evolve paid media dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance across global campaigns.
- Partner with internal teams (including IT and Digital) to consolidate data from multiple sources (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, GA4, CDP).
- Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover insights into campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, ROI, and attribution trends.
- Assist in defining and tracking KPIs and benchmarks for paid media success across markets.
- Support test-and-learn initiatives by measuring and analysing A/B tests and creative/media experiments.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc performance reports with clear narratives and recommendations for optimising spend.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reports and platforms.
- Help improve the sophistication of measurement strategies, such as incrementality and media mix modelling.
The Perfect Candidate
- 2+ years of experience in a paid media analytics, marketing analytics, or digital performance reporting role.
- Strong experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Proficiency in working with digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4).
- Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Ability to transform large, complex data sets into clear and actionable insights.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how paid media drives business growth.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or ecommerce industry is advantageous but not essential
