We have a brand new, fabulous opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join a leading Tour Operator. As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the company’s inventory is commercially optimized through effective sourcing and administration of destination, hotel, and auxiliary requirements. You’ll aim for maximum revenue protection, process efficiencies, and excellent customer service.
Previous experience in a similar Product Management role within the travel industry is essential. In return, our client offers a salary circa £40k plus excellent benefits.

Role of Product Manager:
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and Tourist Boards.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing.
- Drive deals with preferred and key partners.
- Negotiate exclusive offers, incentives, and marketing deals.
- Manage product department operations.
- Arrange and attend supplier meetings; liaise with Training department.
- Provide updates to sales teams and marketing on offers and suppliers.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Aviation Departments for holiday and hotel offers.
- Follow up on supplier issues and complaints.
- Attend industry events.
- Ensure website and e-shots content accuracy.
- Manage contracts and stop sales updates in the system.
- Handle errata management.
