What You’ll Do:

  • Manage data and administrative tasks for our learning programmes while establishing quality measures for content and business impact.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the presentation of learning opportunities throughout our employees’ journeys.
  • Assess the effectiveness of our core learning offerings, providing insights to identify areas for improvement.
  • Govern our core learning content and preferred provider list, ensuring a positive ROI on our learning budgets.

What You Bring:

  • Proven understanding of learning principles and experience in managing content within learning management systems (LMS).
  • Strong organisational skills with technology proficiency to facilitate effective learning delivery.
  • Basic proficiency in data analytics to monitor and report on programme effectiveness and participation.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to employees and stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with psychometric tools like Hogan and Insights to assess strengths and development areas.
  • Facilitation of learning or coaching experience is a plus.
