If so, then the Personal Insurance Product Analyst role may be a great fit for you.
In this role, the Personal Insurance Product Analyst assists the Product Management Regional Team on activities and projects across several states. Examples include participation in rate revisions, performance analysis, compliance responses, or supporting strategic initiatives.
This role involves collaboration with the Region Lead, Product Managers, and other functional areas.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver analysis and recommendations impacting growth and profitability across multiple distribution channels for one or more states.
- Work with the Region Lead on activities that drive results, advance strategies, and ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Develop and leverage relationships with departments such as Pricing Analytics, Underwriting, Claims, and more.
- Manage responsibilities for two states within the Northeast Region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, in business or quantitative fields; master’s degree a plus.
- At least 2 years of Property & Casualty analytical or product experience with a focus on data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with BI tools (preferred but not required).
- Ability to evaluate data and develop actionable insights.
- Bias for action, multitasking, and effective decision-making skills.
- Experience presenting to peers and senior management is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This position offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement, with specific expectations based on proximity to office locations.
Compensation:
The annual base pay range is $68,000 – $120,000, depending on experience and performance. Total compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and other benefits.
