About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. We offer opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are seeking a qualified professional to help us deliver our vision of being the leading Childcare provider.

Offering flexible and part-time hours between 7am – 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

  • Working collaboratively with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results for children.
  • Supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Delivering outstanding care and early education as part of a team, ensuring performance standards are met.

Who are we looking for?

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • An Enhanced DBS check (costs covered).
  • Open, honest, and compassionate attitude.
  • Passionate about early years and working with children.
