Iron Mountain, the global leader in records and information management, is seeking a highly organised, results-driven, and Admin Scanning Specialist to join our Project Delivery Team directly on the Risley and Appleton sites.
In this crucial role, you\’ll be part of a dynamic team supporting our key high profile contracts, providing essential services including document scanning, administration and data entry tasks.
What You\’ll Do:
- Prepare and digitise records: Meticulously prep records for scanning and accurately scan them using Iris Powerscan.
- Ensure data quality: Perform thorough quality checks on all scanned records.
- Manage record archiving: Run and review reports in preparation for secure archiving.
- Optimize historic records: Identify and manage legacy records, refine local processes, and coordinate offsite storage, including:
- Sorting and boxing records.
- Securely bagging records for destruction.
- Provide ad-hoc support: Assist the Information and Records Management Team with various demands.
