As a Business Lead in Services you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and business performance across our dedicated teams. As the Business Lead you will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives, optimise our business processes and support the strategic growth of our department. With a focus on data-driven decision-making you will work closely with our engineering and project management teams to deliver value to our internal and external customers.

What you will be doing

This position will give you a chance to drive financial performance, influence strategic decision making, and support key stakeholders in a dynamic business environment. AS a Business Controller you will playa pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, forecasting business trends and providing insightful analysis to support our business plan.

– Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

– Analysing and reporting on performance, finding trends identify risks and opportunities

– Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and introduce digital solutions.

– Developing financial models to support decision making

– Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports for internal stakeholders

– Ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.

– Support business continuity activities and planning processes

– General Team Support
