Due to expansion my client is seeking two new members of staff. An experienced Vehicle Technician AND a commercial Technician to work at their dealership in Bury St Edmunds. Are you a driven, enthusiastic and motivated individual, with great attention to detail, and able to work to tight deadlines? If the answer is yes we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
• Level 3 qualification with at least 2 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry, ideally with Main Dealer experience. Experience with our brands would be a distinct advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
• A positive attitude at all times and always lead by example
Duties will include:
• Delivering a fantastic customer experience.
• Car repairs and servicing.
• Highlighting up-selling opportunities.
• Completing work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Working confidently both on your own and alongside a team.
Salary: Industry leading salary of £31,000 – £36,000 depending on experience
