Paid Social Manager\\nManchester/Hybrid – 2 days/week in Manchester office\\n Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum\\n\\nReady to take your Paid Social skills to the next level?\\n We're working with a fast-growing, award-winning digital agency looking for a talented Paid Social Manager to join their growing team. If you're passionate about delivering high-performing campaigns and want to work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment – this one's for you.\\n\\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\\n\\nPlan, create and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.\\nOwn campaign performance, from strategy through to reporting and optimisation.\\nLead client communications – presenting strategies, reporting on results, and building strong relationships.\\nDevelop and implement creative, data-led strategies that drive real business results.\\nManage and optimise ad spend to ensure performance is aligned with client goals and budgets.\\nCollaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, creative) to deliver integrated campaigns.\\nMentor junior team members and run training sessions to support their development.\\nStay on top of platform changes, best practices and emerging trends to keep your campaigns ahead of the curve.What We're Looking For:\\n\\n3+ years' experience in a Paid Social role (agency or in-house).\\nStrong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.\\nBonus if you've worked with TikTok and Pinterest Ads.\\nE-commerce and/or lead gen campaign experience preferred.\\nComfortable owning client relationships and presenting performance reports.\\nHighly analytical with strong written and verbal communication skills.\\nExperience with Google Analytics and campaign tracking best practices.\\nA proactive, creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead in digital.The Perks:\\n\\nHybrid working (2 days in a modern Manchester office)\\nA collaborative, supportive team culture\\nReal ownership and progression opportunities\\nTraining and development tailored to your goals\\nA voice in shaping Paid Social strategy at an exciting time of growth
