Brook Street is looking for confident Level 3 qualified trainer and assessor to become a first aid trainer for a permanent role in St Austell. The Role: To deliver and assess a wide range of courses within the certain geographical region of St Austell e.g. First Aid at Work, Fire Marshal, Mental Health etc. Full training will be provided in these areas Hours of Work: Full-time role. This role is predominantly Monday to Friday, business hours however there may be the occasional evening or weekend work to meet our customers needs. Salary: £24,188 Minimum Requirements: 5 GCSE\’s C or above including English and Maths (or equivalent) Level 3 in First Aid with assessing Driving licence and own vehicle (mileage paid) Confident and able to work on your own initiative Enhanced DBS check will be required Key Responsibilities Deliver training courses and conduct assessments to a professional and consistent standard Maintain own subject and professional competence in accordance with organisational and awarding body requirements Ensure that all equipment used is fit for purpose, is cleaned and stored in accordance with procedures and any faults or damage are reported Arrive in good time, prepare the training room, liaise with venue contacts …
