New Directions Education are currently looking for a caring and empathetic Learning Support Assistant (TA) for a secondary school in Neston. This has the potential to be a full-time, long-term position for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will support teachers in delivering high quality learning.
Duties include:
- Working with students as directed by the Special Educational Needs coordinator, to ensure all SEND students make the best possible progress in school both academically and socially.
- An efficient approach to learning and teaching by adapting relevant strategies to support the work of the teacher – increasing achievements of students.
- Promote, support and facilitate inclusion.
- Communicate effectively and sensitively with students to adapt their needs.
