Description:

We are seeking an Evaluation Production Operator to join our leading plant in Brimsdown, Enfield. Previous chemical or manufacturing experience is required. Candidates must be non-smokers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the operations team to ensure the on-time delivery of quality products.
  • Performing tasks as directed by the Production Lead to meet performance standards.
  • Conducting basic preventative maintenance checks and reporting issues.
  • Adhering to health and safety standards and safe working practices.
  • Following documentation such as risk analyses, process instructions, and standard work documents.
  • Suggesting process improvements within your area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Experience in chemical processing or manufacturing is mandatory.
  • GCSE grade C (Single Award) or equivalent in Chemistry, Maths, and English, or relevant experience demonstrating equivalent knowledge.
  • Good written and verbal English skills.
  • Non-smoker due to chemical handling at the plant.
