The Role This role is being created as part of a brand-new team that has a vision to create and build a joint offering of quality healthcare temps that can be supplied nationally. With our regional hubs in the north, you will have all of the tools at your disposal to support the business in bringing in the best staff and making sure that their compliance is of the highest quality. This role plays an integral part of the agency process in that every candidate will come through, allowing you to expertly quality check them before they begin supporting our clients. You will have: A hard working and tenacious attitude for success A fine eye for organisation and attention to detail The ability to be passionate about what you sell and who you support Be self-motivated to achieve success Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills This role requires: Preferred experience in healthcare compliance or company admin of a similar kind Experience in volume inbound and outbound call making not sales An organised and conscientious individual as this role is pivotal in getting staff out to work A team player, you will be working closely with the Account Manager Ability to split time 50% admin work and 50% inbound and outbound c…
