Deputy Manager (Qualified Nurse)
We are searching for a Deputy Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the Lodge Manager to provide management & leadership to our team and take over in their absence.
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in:
- Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is provided to all residents
- Meeting and exceeding all regulatory and contractual standards
- Representing the Lodge effectively and working with local service providers, e.g., NHS and Social Work Departments
- Acting as an ambassador for the Lodge with strong communication channels
- Managing staff and budgets according to policies and procedures
- Handling administrative tasks as required
- Liaising with external professionals, individuals, and families
- Ensuring referral protocols are followed and effective
