ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED ELECTRICAL ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLER WIRER WITH STRONG SOLDERING AND CRIMPING SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO INTERPRET ELECTRICAL ELECTRONIC SCHEMATICS?
The role of Production Assembly Wirer will be suited to those with proven experience of electrical electronic assembly of a variety of products and machinery, this is a varied role and no two batches of assembly runs will be the same. The ability to interpret electrical electronic schematics is essential.
Reporting to the Systems Engineer, you will support on ever changing bespoke and varied projects. You will be issued with all of the required assembly instructions and schematics. You will gather components and equipment for customer orders. Once fully assembled, wired and soldered you will carryout quality and functionality tests visually and with a multi meter, this will be a mix of general product component assembly and panel wiring. Some of these projects require 3 phase electrics, fault finding ability would be desirable.
The business designs and builds one off bespoke machinery for the countries best known universities, research institutes and manufacturers. You will work on innovation and technology enhancements based projects. The company is in a phase of growth and enjoying huge success, built on the foundations of decades of expertise. Whilst this small close knit business, you will benefit from a very friendly and welcoming team environment. This role will be very much an independent role working predominantly in a solo capacity. You must be comfortable in your own company for much of your working day with limited interactions with colleagues.
