Our client is hiring an enthusiastic Temporary Receptionist to join their ecommerce team in London! This creative company is seeking a professional and highly-motivated individual to provide ongoing coverage at their front desk.

Overview:

  • Hours: Monday & Friday 9am-4:45pm, Tuesday- Thursday 8:15am- 5:15pm
  • On-site: Monday- Friday
  • Location: London
  • Pay: £14.42 per hour

The Role:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth visitor process.
  • Managing access card control (Net2) by generating access passes for employees and granting access to visitors and guests.
  • Distributing incoming mail, handling courier bookings, and managing outgoing mail, including franking.
  • Overseeing locker management, including resetting codes and clearing them as needed.
  • Assisting with meeting room bookings and related queries.
  • Ordering stationery and office amenities as needed.
  • Participating in health and safety procedures; completing First Aid and Fire Marshal training.
