Proven experience required in leading and managing highway projects from conception to completion, involving:
- Full project lifecycle management, including budgeting and progress reporting
- Knowledge of highway design principles, standards, and practices
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations
- Understanding of CDM regulations
Qualifications:
- HNC, HND, BEng, BSc, MEng, MSc or equivalent in a relevant discipline
