IT Apprentice Role

Join our team as an IT Apprentice to support the End User Services team. You will assist in end user services, desktop support, and customer support, gaining hands-on experience and foundational skills in IT services such as hardware and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  2. Support onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT support perspective.
  3. Help end-users resolve IT-related issues onsite and remotely.
  4. Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
  5. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment.
  6. Perform basic network troubleshooting.
  7. Support MS Teams-based meetings and conference rooms.
  8. Research and suggest improvements in IT processes.
  9. Develop a basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and networking.
  10. Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac OS environments.
  11. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  12. Work independently and as part of a team.
  13. Show willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
