We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead, inspire, and motivate our welcoming Cooplands bakery team! As a Retail Team Leader, you will manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager, acting as the right-hand person to our Store Managers.
You will be second in command, ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring our customers leave satisfied. Your role includes leading and engaging the team, food preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.
