What you will be doing:

  • Actively share ideas, opinions, and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
  • Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
  • Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and seek guest feedback

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team

Ensure Food Safety practices are followed at all times.

Work in a clean and tidy environment.

Ensure the kitchen is fully stocked with the menu items for every shift.

Follow opening and closing procedures.

The above are the minimum tasks; other duties may be required.

The hotel offers an Italian-style menu in our hotel located in the heart of Bloomsbury. We are a small team, and you will be in charge of the kitchen while on shift.
