Our client based in Cambridge is seeking a live-out Manny/PA for her 6 year old son and 6-month-old baby.
The ideal candidate will focus on the needs of the 6 year old boy, building a bond and encouraging him with outdoor activities and sports. You will be required for school drop-offs and pick-ups, hospital appointments, and after-school clubs. Flexibility is key for this role as you could be organising the household maintenance schedule, arranging a play date, or taking the young boy to a weekend sports club.
Accommodation is potentially available – 5 minute drive from the main residence.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- School drop-offs and pick-ups
- After-school clubs and weekend activities
- Driving when required
- Co-ordinating play dates
- PA duties, including arranging maintenance schedules
Candidate requirements:
- At least 3 years\’ experience within a UHNW residence
- Legal to work in the UK
- Creative and developmentally focused
- Proven admin and PA experience
- Excellent communication skills, organised, confident, professional, and discreet
- Flexibility is key
Working days: 5 days – to include weekends
Working hours: 8.00am–7.00pm – split into two shifts, with a break
Salary: dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent employment on payroll (no self-employed candidates)
