We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for aQA Productionto become a vital part of our onsiteProduction Teamat our Fresh Produce packing facility in Sittingbourne. If you are passionate about Production and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!
Position Details
Schedule: 4 on 4 off, 7am – 7pm (Days)
Location: IPL Sittingbourne – Site Based Role
Contract Type: Permanent
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the quality, labelling and packaging assessments during production and at end of line
- Decision and escalation of any potential track changes for product being packed on the line
- Ensure Production paperwork is completed accurately inclusive of track changes, job sheets and packaging verification
- Check weigh calibrations & verification.
- Conduct accurate inspections of finished product & packaging to positive release pallets against ASDA’s specification.
- Complete investigations with regards to quality or packaging failures, ensuring that all corrective actions are implemented.
- Work with production colleagues to maximise yield and reduce giveaway
- Interact with the sites operations to ensure compliance is being maintained at all times

- Proven experience within Quality Assurance
- Relevant experience in fresh produce / food
- Confident decision maker
- Basic Food Hygiene
- Fluent in English, additional other languages are desirable
- Ability to support, engage and influence stakeholders
- Able to motivate and inspire team
- Good organisation and communications skills
