The ideal candidate will have carpentry skills, along with a fabric qualification or relevant practical experience in a similar role. Previous hands-on experience in fabric maintenance or building repairs is essential, as well as the ability to demonstrate both technical expertise and a positive, adaptable attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow engineering standards in line with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA).
- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly to building fabric-related issues and help desk requests.
- Inspect and repair floors, walls, ceilings, furniture, drainage systems, doors, and windows.
- Carry out painting, redecorating, and semi-skilled maintenance tasks.
- Assist other engineering roles and support the team with general maintenance tasks.
- Conduct fabric surveys, report findings, and provide cost estimates for minor works.
- Handle client requests, enquiries, and complaints, reporting actions to management.
