The Role
We’re hiring a proactive Retail Cleaning Operations Manager to lead service delivery across multiple sites in the North of the UK, including luxury retail hubs in Manchester, Liverpool, and Edinburgh. You’ll inspire teams, manage operations, and maintain our high standards. This role is based both on-site and in the office, with regular travel to client locations.
To support your travel across sites, you’ll be provided with a company car or car allowance for business use.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Site Supervisors to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards (COSHH, RAMS).
- Build strong client relationships and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory efficiently.
- Drive innovation to improve operational performance.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- 5+ years in operations and in management.
- BICSc training and IOSH certificate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Client Management Systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
Nice to Have:
- NEBOSH certification.
- Knowledge of the retail and commercial sectors.
