We are recruiting for this amazing health and fitness job in Birmingham . We are looking for an outstanding manager to work with a well renowned and rapidly growing independent business within the health and fitness industry.
This is a very hands‑on management role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas that can be covered in more detail when you connect with one of our fitness recruitment team.
The Role
This opportunity will see you responsible for the day to day running of the facilities
Inspiring and managing the team to drive high performance, provide excellent levels of customer service, and consistently going above and beyond to deliver
Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance
This role has a strong focus on standards and levels of service, so whoever comes in needs to have that in mind and be willing to deliver upon this!
The Person
We are looking for an experienced Manager who can demonstrate a high level of experience when running their own department or club, with an understanding about the levels of service needed to make their business a success.
Ideally you have worked in high end club management before and have a real passion for it. You must be a strong leader and people motivator, who can get the best from a team but also be willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Sales experience is ideal, and we are looking for people from club management, fitness management and operations management backgrounds – who have worked within high end facilities.
