We are seeking a Trainee Digital Construction Manager to join our Digital Construction Team.

The individual’s key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in meeting contractual obligations on all projects and deliver in accordance with the Group DCT strategy, processes, and procedures.
  • Support project teams and stay updated on relevant industry standards.

Duties of the Role:

  • Enhance Digital Construction Adoption and Utilisation: Support the Digital Construction Manager (DCM) in digital delivery across design, commercial, building services, health and safety, and quality.
  • Encourage model walkthroughs with site teams to demonstrate benefits.
  • Improve On-Site Coordination and Engagement: Support deployment of mobilisation plans, assist with clash detection, and monitor design and as-built progress.
  • Centralise Data: Capture KPIs for progress reports, integrate reports into databases, and ensure document accuracy.
  • Provide Training and Support: Offer targeted support to staff, consultants, and subcontractors; organize supply chain workshops.
  • Optimize CDE Management: Support document control, manage deployment, and maintain database accuracy.
  • Ensure Compliance: Assist in quarterly reviews and communicate updates.
  • Participate in DCT Forums: Attend meetings, support tickets, CPD, and communicate updates to regional departments.

Additional duties related to the role and personal development may be assigned.
